The contact form collects your name, business name, contact details and enquiry so Velonda can respond. Do not submit identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information through the enquiry form — the secure application collects those under their own notices and consents.
The application collects your funding request, business and entity details, the people the AML rules require, and the consents needed before verification. Each step explains what is collected and why, immediately before you are asked for it.
Verification collects identity document details and biometric information (face match and liveness), checked against government records through an approved Document Verification Service gateway. This is collected only with your consent, for identity verification and fraud prevention.
Where you connect your bank, read-only transaction data is received through a CDR-accredited provider under the consent you give at the time. Uploaded documents are encrypted, virus-scanned and access-controlled.
