This website and the online application are built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA target: keyboard navigation, visible focus states, sufficient contrast, programmatic labels, clear error messages and reduced-motion support.
The application experience is in active development and some provider-hosted steps (identity verification, bank connection) are operated by third parties whose accessibility Velonda does not control. We raise accessibility requirements with providers as part of selection.
